World Mental Health Day
Today marks World Mental Health Day, the most important date on the My Possible Self calendar. That said, for us every day is World Mental Health Day as we believe that everyone deserves good mental health and it’s our ambition to help everyone achieve that, including you.
To mark World Mental Health Day this year we’ve:
- Created a new and improved version of the app with new and fresh content
- Launched a Podcast Series
- Launched an Instagram Live series
